How do I join a project?

You can join a project in two ways:

  • Via invitation link — click the link you received from the researcher. It will open the registration page with your invitation code already pre-filled.

  • Via invitation code — go to the registration page, create an account and enter the code you received by email or directly from the researcher.

Do I need to create an account to participate?

It depends on how the study is set up. If the researcher sent you an anonymous survey link, you can fill out the survey without registering. If you received an invitation code or a personalised email, you will need to create a free account to access your surveys.

I received an invitation link but it shows an error. What should I do?

The most common reasons are:

  • The link was single-use and has already been clicked by someone else.

  • The link has expired.

Contact the researcher who sent you the invitation and ask for a new link or a code.

Where can I find the surveys I need to fill out?

After logging in, go to My Surveys in the navigation menu. Surveys that are open and ready to complete will be listed there. Past and upcoming surveys are shown as well so you can track your progress.

Why can't I see any surveys even though I've joined the project?

Surveys open according to a schedule set by the researcher — they may not be available immediately after you join. Check My Surveys again at the time specified by the researcher. If you believe there is a mistake, contact them directly.

What if I miss a survey?

It depends on the study. Some surveys remain open for a limited window after they become available; others close at a set time. Check My Surveys to see whether the survey is still accessible. If it has already closed, contact the researcher.

Can I fill out surveys on my phone or tablet?

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works in any modern mobile browser. You do not need to install an app.

Is my data anonymous?

It depends on how you joined:

  • Anonymous link — your responses are not linked to any registered identity.

  • Invitation code / email — your responses are associated with your account. The researcher can see who completed which survey.

If you have questions about how your data is used, contact the researcher or read the study information sheet you were given.

Can I withdraw from a study?

Yes. Contact the researcher and ask to be removed from the project. You may also have the right to request deletion of your data — your researcher or the study information sheet can tell you more about this.

How do I change my email address or password?

Open the user menu in the top-right corner and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address and change your password.

I forgot my password. How do I log in?

On the login page click Forgot password, enter your email address, and we will send you a reset link.

What happens to my account after the study ends?

Your account and responses remain stored unless you request deletion. The researcher will usually notify you when the study is complete. If you want your account removed, contact support.
