Use these short diagnostic paths before escalating.

1. I can't join a project with code

Check:

• no leading/trailing spaces in the code,

• code expiration,

• participant is not already a member.

Typical error keys: notFound, expired, alreadyMember, rateLimited, unauthorized.

2. A schedule is not sending

Check:

• participants are assigned,

• start time and timezone are correct,

• schedule was not cancelled.

3. Anonymous link does not work

Check:

• expiration,

• single-use link already consumed,

• token integrity (copy/paste truncation).

4. Missing article translation in Help Center

This means that locale variant is not ready yet. The system may show default-locale fallback content.

5. When to contact support

Include:

• screenshot,

• exact URL,

• timestamp,

• reproducible steps.
